Saturday 12th October 2024 saw the latest cohort of trainees take their Certificate of Basic Grip Skills (formerly known as The Purple Badge).
Each candidate was put through their paces over 6 exercises by 9 Level 3 Qualified Grips. The standard was incredibly high ensuring that the quality and depth of our grade is maintained for the future.
